Because in a recent survey, 72.4% of respondents said the Internet will be significant in their next real estate transaction. Moreover, while total web traffic was up 22% last year, the number of unique visitors to real estate sites increased by 75%! More and more users are using the Internet to search for homes because of the convenience.

PRODUCTS
Because not everyone is alike, we offer several sales plans that provide the broadest possible product choice in the Bermuda market. These plans broadly fall into two categories:
- Listing Plans: If you want a hassle-free experience, you can retain MBH as your sales agent. We will create your online listing, market your property, screen prospects, show your property to qualified buyers, draft the sales contract, and work to ensure all sales conditions are met. On our Sole Listing Plan we charge a commission rate of just 3%, a saving of 40% (or approx $20,000 on the average home) on the standard industry commission. If you prefer to list your property with several agencies, then use our Open Listing Plan. You still get our great web presentation and other agents can use it to sell your home.
- For Sale By Owner Plans: Want to save even more money? Why not sell your property yourself? You can use our tools to create your own online advertisement, then meet and show prospective buyers your property, and handle the paperwork in conjunction with your lawyer. It’s more work but it’s not rocket science! MBH offers several advertising sales plans that outperform a newspaper advertisement. If you're thinking of taking out a black and white newspaper advertisement, even for a couple of days, then consider this. For about the same money you can get a full colour online advertisement on our website, for an entire month, with active emailing to prospective buyers and our online appointment and offer management tools! And with our Superior plan, you can even get MBH professionals to take all the photos and prepare the listing for you!
