Because not everyone is alike, we offer sales plans that give you choices. These plans broadly fall into two categories:

Listing Plans: If you want a hassle-free experience, retain MBH as your sales agent. We will create your online listing, market your property, screen prospects, show your property to qualified buyers, draft the sales contract, and work to ensure all sales conditions are met.  We offer a Sole Listing Plan with a commission rate of just 3%, a saving to you of 40% on the sales commission compared to the industry standard.  If you prefer to list your property with several agencies, then use our Open Listing Plan. You still get our great web presentation and other agents can use it to sell your home.

For Sale By Owner Plans (FSBO): If you elect to sell your property yourself, My-Bermuda-House provides you with tools to create your own online advertisement. All requests to view your property come directly to you. You will then meet and show prospective buyers your property, and handle the paperwork in conjunction with your lawyer.  If you're thinking of taking out a newspaper advertisement, then consider this. For about the same money you can get a full colour online advertisement on our website, for an entire month, with active emailing to our 9,000 prospective buyers and our online appointment and offer management tools!
