You decide if you want to just advertise your property on our website, or if you want to list with My-Bermuda-House and have us handle the entire rental process for you. It’s up to you. You’re in control.

Reach: A key part of a successful rental solution is the ability to access the renter community. My-Bermuda-House already has thousands of registered renters and that number grows daily. The moment you list your property on our site, we automatically notify our registered renters that your property is available for rent. Our unique, proprietary, real time notification system ensures the widest possible awareness of your property in the renter community. And that means your property will rent that much more quickly.

Simplicity: If you list with My-Bermuda-House we do everything, this means taking all the photos, writing the descriptive text, and using property fact sheets, neighbourhood maps, aerial photos, floor plans, online brochures, virtual tours and more. If you wish to advertise your property yourself, then there is one advertising plan, one price.  You key in the description and upload the photos, and you can update the advertisement at any time.  Choose the plan that suits your property and your budget.

Choice of Listing Period: For rental listings, we work with you to set the time period of the intial engagement, but it is usually 2 to 3 months.  When advertising yourself, the system charges your credit card weekly.  As soon as you click the button to say the property is rented, or to cancel the advertisement, there are no more charges.  So you only pay for the time you need to advertise.

Pricing: For our rental products, we charge in two ways. If you engage My-Bermuda-House to list your property on a sole listing basis, you pay nothing until a tenant is found, and then you pay only half a month's rent in commission.  If you take an open listing, then you only pay the agency that finds you the tenant, and in this scenario, My-Bermuda-House charges the same as most other firms and that is one month's rent.  If you decide to advertise your property yourself, then the fee is $35 per week.
