Viewing a Property

My-Bemuda-House uses a range of technical tools to give you the fullest possible insight into properties on our database. Using our website will save you time and effort by allowing you to identify a thoughtful shortlist of properties before you ever leave your living room.

But once you have found a property you like, the next step is to arrange to see it in person. Here again, My-Bermuda-House provides an online solution to streamline the process for our customers. On the Property Details page of every property, there is an icon that allows you to book a viewing. Just pull up the relevant Property Details page, click the "Make an Appointment" icon, fill in the data fields and submit the request. It's as simple as that.

Your request will be forwarded directly to the party responsible for showing the property. Sometimes this is My-Bermuda-House when we have been appointed as real estate agent for the property. In other cases, the request will be sent to the owner or another real estate agent if they have selected one of our Advertising Plans and have chosen to sell the property themselves. In either case, the responsible party will be made aware electronically of your request for a viewing and they will confirm the appointment directly with you.
