The Search Begins
At My-Bermuda-House, one of our goals is to make it easy for you to identify properties that meet your requirements without having to traipse around the island for days on end. We believe that our website can provide you with all the information you need to compile a shortlist of properties that you might realistically consider purchasing. Once you have shortlisted target properties, you can book viewings and make offers online and generally move through the buying process more quickly and surely.
With this in mind, we have created several different ways for you to search our property database depending on your preference.
- Quick Search: The Quick Search facility can be found on a number of pages in the website. It provides an easy and fast way to search for properties based on only a couple of search criteria.
- Advanced Search: Located under the Properties tab, the advanced search allows you to specify additional search criteria to sharpen your search results.
- Map Search: Also located under the Properties tab, the Map Search allows you to search for properties using a unique graphical interface. You can either search for all properties in a single parish by clicking on that parish, or select a single property by clicking on its icon. Mousing over a property will show basic details, while the map legend tells the type of property and whether it is available for sale to non-Bermudians.
- Popular Searches: In the left hand column of the Advanced Search page, we have pre-configured some popular searches which you can use at your discretion.
Whichever method you choose, a search query will return the set of properties that meet the criteria you provided. These properties are presented on the Search Results page in descending price order with a thumbnail photograph and a short abstract. Once you have found a property that interests you, add it to your Favorites list for easy review.
You can also click on any property on the Search Results page to see a full property description. To make your online search as interesting and informative as possible, MBH provides a range of tools to create a complete and accurate impression of a property. Virtual tours, location maps, floor plans and accurate property descriptions will help you to identify the property that best meets your requirements. Be aware, however, that the completeness of any individual property listing will vary depending on which listing or advertising plan the vendor selected.
