By putting complete property information and transactional services at your fingertips, we hope to add value and simplify the process of buying and selling real estate.

At My-Bermuda-House, we think the buying process should be, as far as possible, a seamless online experience. Our search capability will help you find properties that meet your requirements from the comfort of your living room. Online tools present each property in a unique and compelling manner, with virtual tours, digital galleries, floorplans, maps and full text descriptions. Found a property you like? Add it to your Favorites list in your personal property Notebook, or click on the relevant icon to book viewing appointments, submit offers and follow the sales process through to completion. No other real estate firm in Bermuda offers you such a complete and convenient online solution.

We are a real estate company and we offer traditional listing services - albeit at a lower price. But we also offer products for people who prefer to sell their own homes rather than dealing with a real estate agency. Our "For Sale By Owner" products allow a vendor to create his/her own property advertisements on our database. When you review the Property Details page, you can see who is selling the property: My-Bermuda-House, the Owner, or another Real Estate Agency. When you request an appointment, or submit an offer, your communication is sent directly to the selling party. Sometimes this is My-Bermuda-House. But if the property is being sold by its owner or another agency, then My-Bermuda-House delivers your information electronically and securely without getting in the middle of the transaction.

Of course, finding, viewing and bidding on a property is only part of the buying process. You also have to deal with financing, contract preparation, title searches, property surveys, structural surveys etc. We know that all of this can be overwhelming so we have put together this online guide to explain each step of the process. We have also included a section on mortgages where we discuss the mortgage process and common mortgages products, and provide downloadable application forms for various lending institutions.
